Happy New Year from Toasty in Naples! Start 2016 off right with some of these great local events.

Naples has been called the best small art town numerous times. Begin the New Year in style with “Art in the Park” in downtown Naples January 2nd-3rd from 10 AM to 5 PM. View and nature-bird-boat-riverpurchase sculptures, paintings, prints, and much more from local artists and craftsmen.

Get away from the city for an experience like no other at Big Cypress National Preserve with their astronomy program beginning January 9th at 8 PM. This night is said to be the darkest of this winter so come out for some great sights!

The Friends of Collier County Museums will be hosting a gala on January 16th to benefit the preservation of our wonderful area. If you are interested in attending, visit their website for more information.

There are tons of big-name concerts happening this month that are too numerous to list! Check out the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall website for details and tickets.

From 9 AM to 11 AM Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays) through April 30th, there are free guided nature walks held at Clam Pass. What a great way to experience Southwest Florida!
