5 Unexpected Extras My Customers Can Expect From Me

customer-satisfaction-loyalty-300x225Does customer service exist anymore?  Recently I was talking to a friend and mentioned how unusual it is to receive customer service these days and how, when you do, you comment on it to everyone because you are so surprised.  My customers receive excellent customer service every day and can rest assured that service will continue long after the closing.  These unexpected extras show my customers that I see and value them as people and that I appreciate them as my customer.

I Surpass Expectations

It is always my goal to surpass expectations during a transaction.  I ask myself what I can do to go above and beyond what my customer expects.  For example, when I first meet a new buyer or seller I present them with a special recyclable grocery bag with my logo on it to hold their paperwork, a branded pen to take notes and a container of M&Ms in case they get hungry during the appointment.  Just a small thing but it sets me apart from other Realtors.

I Always Go The Extra Mile

I visit my customers on a regular basis even after the sale and have a special little gift for them each time I see them.  They also receive a monthly mailing from me with information important to life in these changing times.  Would you like a little gift every couple of months?  Let me be your Realtor and I can promise you that will happen!

Addressing The Needs

Listening to my customers is the most important service I can offer.  I listen for ways I can help them with challenges they are facing, not necessarily in the real estate world but life in general.  I know many very reliable service providers who do a great job and will take care of that challenge for them.

Problems arise in every real estate transaction and, as a professional, I make it my job to make sure that my customers problems are solved with as little inconvenience to them as possible.  I will do whatever needs to be done to make sure the problem is solved and my customers are happy.

The Personal Touch

I like to get to know my customers and learn about their needs and dreams.  I make sure that they know I am here if they need anything and I am willing to help.  I work by referral so I know that the referrals from my customers will be people I like because they are friends with my customers.
